Hello , world . I would first like to apologize profusely for filling this blog with boring day-to-day posts , and my last , somewhat emotional post .

And I would like to wish my dearest mommy , if she's reading this , happy birthday . :)

I made her a really messy video last night , which consisted of random people/relatives wishing her happy birthday , me playing happy birthday for her on the piano , and me singing just the way you are to her . :)

She's another year older , another year "naggier" , but she's my beautiful mommy , my amazing mommy , and I love her , just the way she is .

Speaking of the song , I've been listening to Nic's cover of the song religiously ! Over and again :)

He has a really amazing voice , plus the song is just awesome too .

Hello , rest of the world . How has your day been ?

Mine has been good , sunny weather all day long . Though the heat was just scorching , the events that happened today were mundanely joyful . Okay . I don't make sense . Let me explain . :)

It started off with a call at 8 a.m. from a party I shall refrain from mentioning due to privacy issues . I had a meeting to attend , and then that was it . :)

Headed over to midvalley for lunch @ Dragon-i , shopped for birthday presents , headed home .

Went to GTPJ for saturday Young Adults service after that .

Today a couple of local artistes like Liang & Juwita Suwito sang for us , most of them comprising of ex-members of GTPJ . Their voices were amazing & powerful , God has really used them so much . :)

Headed over for dinner with Montri , David and Candice in Vietnam Kitchen , food was good !

It was so good catching up with them again , I miss high school . Kinda . :)

I say that my day has been mundanely joyful because in all the mundane things in life - we find joy in comfort . I do , anyway . Although not exactly routinal , every single event , every single life that intersects yours - if you take time to give thanks for it , you'll find every moment so bittersweet . Because all these are such blessings whilst they exist !

YESTERDAY

After Unicef meeting on the blood donation campaign , which is on the 28th of October by the way please DO SIGN UP (I'm donating blood unless a pesky womanly woe comes) , I headed to CF where a girl from Acts church came and shared about A revolution across Malaysia , and how our campus life is a time to impact other youths . God has been so good in my life . I could never use any exuberant/awesome/bombastic/amazing enough word to describe Him and his works in my life . Feel free to ask me to share my testimony !

Headed over to HELP residence to film my malaysian studies project on Social issues in malaysia , will post it up after the presentation . :)

Headed to another meeting on Tx2 UNDP project which is happening next week ! People come help save the TIGERS ! RAWR !

After that , headed to midvalley with daniel , arthur , kinmeng , kent & ziwei .

Watched Dinner for SCHMUCKS which is going to be another blog post altogether .

Headed over to Manhattan Fish Market for an expensive but nice meal :)

Guys are really fun people - girls too , but different kinds of fun makes the world go round ! :)

Arthur fetched me back after that .

FINALLY someone with a sense of direction as bad as mine ;P

SUIT UP DAY

So , the Jakuns that actually decided to play along came in formal wear on Suit-Up day .

It was interesting wearing formal to college when your course doesn't exactly require you to !

Kengyee looked so good in her outfit , and the rest as well . I highlight Kengs because her CURVES WERE LIKE THE BOMB .

Guys , seriously . You haven't seen a woman's behind until you've seen hers ;P

Had lunch at the new IL Padrino and cam-whored for 2 hours during break with various other AHEMGAYCOUGHAHEM people .

I really feel as if I lost my blogging mojo lately .

PHEW . What can I say but it's been a really long weekend for me . :D

Sunday , I had Trekathon ! i dragged along Ziwei . & I met Kimberley and Charissa there .

We were the only A-Level students our year ! =/

As Bukit Gasing was really nearer to my place , I waited for them there instead . D:

It was a long wait , what can I say but blame it on malaysian timing ?

But either way , to summarize it , [ my muscles are aching playing with the kids ] .

It was something scary for me as I thought we were just going to climb up the Hill .

Me , being afraid of heights when it comes to climbing , [ not roller coasters or bungee jumping of course ] , was just glad I made it out alive .

Sure I was tired towards the end , but I guess what really got my heart pumping was the uneven slopes that had my feet wobbling the whole time .

i remember at one point i was singing "Jesus loves me" to myself when I looked down .

I was praying so hard in my heart to get out of the place alive . :D

Well , I didn't come in top , but I didn't come in last few either , So I'm really happy . :D

MADAM ZIWEILOH got top 9 with spinal problem , flu & period ! :O :O

Either way , had refreshments provided by HELP after that , whose leftovers I had to finish [ not that I'm complaining ] .

I showered and played with the adorable kids again .

Altogether I had like to giganticHUMONGOUS bowls of meehoon , chicken wings and sotong .

Then I had chocolates & sarsi .

Then I had like 4 slices of ginormous pizza after that =P How not to get fat , tell me ?

Today had classes as usual , chilled @ chillax with yuen ling , travis , bonnie , zaomin and uhhmmm the really cool girl who could speak malay very well :D

Went to computer lab to "attempt" CS with Joel whilst waiting for yuen ling , played with the guys after making a fool of myself , made new friends in the com. lab for being the only girl whom I still only know their names by "balls" , "DC" , "auntie" etc. [CS names]

Went to the park and played with yuen , joel & my newfound primary friends , Amanda , Ke xin & Joanna ! Awww . Kids nowadays i tell you , handphones at std. 4 , facebook , and educating us about sex ! O.O I wonder whether its a good thing or a bad thing .

Anyways , weeliam came along after his hair cut , talked , and went to justin's shop for a light snack . Went to pasar malam , had tons of food , and came back feeling bloated . :D :D

HUNGRYYYYYY :D

Hmmmmm , my muscles are aching as i type this . Not from vigorous sport activities , but more like from the exhaustion of one activity after next . :D

The penguin joined me in HELP last week , & it was really fun having her to lepak with :D

Hmmmmm . Last week , I watched remember me , I can't remember which day . Its a weekday I think . :D Joel & Ling was with me , It was an alright movie I guess , albeit an abrupt and disappointing ending . :D

I watched Alice In Wonderland with Joel Han whilst Ling went and watch some ummm , action movie ? with the other Joel . Ahahahaha ! :D

Basically have to really start focusing and stop playing around =/

Yesterday , First I went for Mr. Ronnie's class [ biology ] , then headed out to chillax to have meeting with victor regarding CF camp & all [ more like chit - chatting ] :D

It was , well , enlightening :D If you could put it in one word . LOL !

Headed for worship practice after that , Gahhh , Aaron's voice is so strong ! :D

& intimidating ahahahah ! :D But nice anyways .

Worship was okay , was really nervous , but I think Aaron did mostly everything , so it ended up okay :D

Went to makan after that ! Oh Oh Im so proud :D

Jeremy , Suejern , Felicia , Stephanie and Kingsley were sitting on my table .

They're really nice people :D

Anyways , I ordered cyber chicken ! Then I gobbled it all up , being the glutton that I am :D

After finishing it , I realized I was still famished , albeit having corn & cheese in chillax before .

So I wanted another plate of rice ! :D

Joel Lim dropped Yuen & I to change quickly , & we headed for futsal after that :D

Well , I at least ran this round , the guys were being their usual gentlemen self again , but even though we couldn't kick much it was fun :D

We had ummm many detours thanks to my oh so awesome sense of direction . LOL !

Then I had one gigantic roti tisu whilst joel had FOUR roti kosong banjir LOL LOL LOL !

Long story . But when we get older and our metabolism rate decreases , we are gonna be ginormous if we continue . LOL !

WEDNESDAY

went to ou with the penguin & joel (who was a "suprise") . Suddenly this fella was like standing super close to me invading my space in DIVA and i was like , avoiding eye contact .

TURNS OUT IT WAS MR JOEL LIM :D GRRRRRR .

Met up with weeyen later on , who had nice familyyyyyy :D

hahahaha i passed the aunty test hahahaha syok sendiri :D

I bought my current favourite ring after losing my ex favourite in damai .

Went batting for the first time , and the saying starting humble ensures good results was proven right :D

FRIDAY

Headed to CF at yuen ling's persuasion (i had no college that day nyeh heh) , watched a really meaningful show thats gonna stop my almost racism :D . Overall , meaningful .

Went to bangsar with ling to makan @ delicious , yummmmm .

Joel joined us too later on , and we were drooling over stuff again (ESPECIALLY VINTAGE RINGS)

SATURDAY

Headed to christophers house with the usual "church friends" kononya , and arrived to a pleasant sight - full of food , it was a pot luck .

Drank the ribena , only finding out later on it was "spiked" with whiskey .

But nevertheless , i dont think anyones virginity got stolen , but there were (several) attempts of sodomy . :D

So the "church friends" gambled & I am very proud to sayyyyy - i won ! Both mun and I . And I dont mean rm 1/rm2 . :D

Then the crazy stuff happened , when we played dare . :D

Nope , still no one popped the cherry , but there were a few ummm , explicit happenings :D

SUNDAY

Church then drum class as usual , ahah i suck in drums lahhh .

Headed over to vanias place , saw the "damai laut gang" which consisted of weeliam , nicholas , yujie , benjamin , vania , yee en , yuen ling & I , played somemore , won somemore :D

And of course , drank somemore :D

Shandy + Icecream Sodaaaaa = yummmmmmmm .

ARGH I would like to post more about my thoughts and delve in deeper to what im feeling but I have biology waiting for me to study if I want my perfect score , & chem assignments waiting for me .

It's funny how a sad event can lead you to be more appreciative regarding the little things in life . Simple insignificant gestures that you used to take for granted can bring tears to your eyes thinking about it . People often say the phrase "live like you're dying" , but another nicer phrase would be "appreciate things/others like they wont exist again tomorrow" . Because in life , if you live as if youre going to die tomorrow , i think most of us would just do crazy stuff and enjoy ourselves . But if we live as if the things that we tend to take for granted , or the people close to us , are not gonna be there tomorrow , how much more meaningful would our lives be , and how much more we will not regret when the time comes ? I read an old blog of mine recently , a blog i started when i had just entered my rebellious early teen years . The "profound" language I used were "amazing" . How I critisized the world for being so terrible to me , how i sounded so pitiful when I posted emotional poems , one after another showing the world how pathetically psychotic i was .

I basically hated the world for throwing its obstacles at me . Now I can only appreciate the beauty that God has provided for us in the world . Because albeit all the trials and sufferings that are found in every corner - every page of newspapers , there is still beauty in the world . Instead of complaining and dwelling only in the darkness the world or all its inhabitants can offer , would'nt it be better for us to appreciate life's little blessings and turning them into blessings for others ? If I were to tell you I am 100% satisfied/happy with my life , I will be the most dishonest person in the world . But I can definitely say I am not dwelling on the tribulations that i have encountered / am encountering , either . I have learnt to hope that every obstacle will turn into a testimony , and that every step I take brings me closer to being a better person .

I'd like to apologise to every bit of hurt I've inflicted on anyone for the past years , and plead for a chance to improve on myself . =)

MONDAY

Had classes as usual , then mr joel was nice enough to pick me up and drive me to ss2 for chilli pan meee ! =P Mr joel eats much less than me , and I had to force him to eat wantons =(

He made me feel like a pig lah , seriously .

TUESDAY

It was green day/Ann's birthday ! The whole class turned up in green (cept for jeremiah the globule) We blindfolded her and made her circle the campus whilst waiting for keng yee and naomi to buy whipped cream etc. It was a really fun bonding time I guess , and I'm really glad i got into group C =)

WEDNESDAY

8 Hours of continuous class mannnnn . =( But my day was really brightened up by joel , awwwwwww =) He drove all the way to help (20 mins drive) even though he had no classes that day , just to hand me a cup of starbucks java chip that he got on the way =/ Hahahaha girls anyone interested ? =P

THURSDAY

Classes are really fun lah , lecturers at HELP are just plain awesome :D

FRIDAY

Had CF after biology class , mr Ronnie is just awesome what can i say =) Then went to san francisco for spaghetti/drinks with the flamingo , i miss her soooooooo much ! Talked about stuff then headed for futsal with some CF people =) Met new people , and although vania and i were just basically circling the court , we had a lot of fun =) PENGUIN came back from uniten , so we went to tropicana city with joel to watch LEGION after that . I was happy i finally got the meaning , but I would've preferred toothe fairy lahhh .

TODAY

Woke up early in the morning (9.30 is early for me on a saturday) headed to jalan telawi to do some CNY shopping ! Didn't shop much , but I'll count my blessings lah =) Mommy was a gem to walk up down up down without complaining - much . =) FINALLY bought the vintage brown structured bag i have been having my eyes on lately , and this had a little floral print in front ! Got a ring , skirt , the bag and two dresses for only 250 ! =) mommy must be proud of me . Headed to bangsar village for a drink in the chocolate lounge , super chun man american express can have 50% off , plus buy two drinks free one !

AND IM TELLING YOU , THE MISS COCO CHOCOLATE BLENDED - HEAVEN ! :)

Came home , changed , and went for reunion dinner (moms side) . I drank 3 bowls of sharks fin soup , few pieces of suckling pig , 5 big prawns , fish , 2 bowls of longan dessert , half a spring chicken , lo mai fan with taiwanese sausages and 10 cups of chinese tea . How not to get fat tell me ? hahahahha .

So far , I'm enjoying college life , but i do miss the awesome bunch , yuen ling , vania , yee en , natalie . =(
